What happens when I reach the member limit?
We warn you ahead of time — email at 80% and email + SMS at 95%. At the limit we either auto-upgrade you to the next plan (default) or pause registrations if you prefer to choose yourself. You set the rule yourself.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The display arrives pre-configured — you connect it to power and wifi, and it is up and running. The Web Portal runs in the browser and works on all devices. No app to download, no updates to keep track of.
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. Over 75% of downloaded apps are uninstalled within 30 days (AppsFlyer, State of App Marketing 2024). So PayAtt works over SMS and a web portal that opens straight in your phone’s browser — no app to download, nothing to forget.
What if I want to cancel?
We have no notice period. If you decide to cancel, you choose what happens to the display — ship it back (you only pay shipping) or buy it out and keep it.
