When a customer registers, they immediately receive an SMS with a link to their personal stamp card. Thereafter they earn a stamp with each new registration. We send out a new SMS with the stamp card link every time a reward is reached. All stamp card-related SMS messages are completely free!
The customer also receives information about how many stamps are left to reach the next reward directly on the screen after registration, or alternatively, which reward has been reached.
On the stamp card, the customer can see relevant information such as the number of stamps and rewards, as well as any additional information you choose to add, for example, opening hours, links to social media, and more.
In our convenient stamp portal, you can distribute extra stamps! You can either search for a phone number or click on one of the 10 most recently registered phone numbers in the list. The list updates automatically every time a customer registers.
In our admin portal, you can create an unlimited number of stamp cards and update existing ones. You can design the card exactly as you want! If you select the kickoff-package when joining PayAtt, we will help you create your first stamp card and activate it together during a startup meeting.
With simple stamp card statistics, you get an overview of how your stamp card campaign is going. Plan your inventory based on how many have earned a reward but not redeemed it, and make an SMS broadcast based on this information!
In addition to these statistics, you can also create your own graphs in our dashboard. There you have much more control and you can create custom time intervals, analyze differences during the time of day, recurring/new stamp cards, and much more.
