
Digital stamp cards
The customer enters their mobile number on the registration display and the stamp card is created instantly — the card is bound to the number. The customer receives the card via a link in an SMS, and each purchase adds a stamp that updates in real time on the customer’s phone.
When a reward is reached, the customer redeems it themselves and shows a confirmation view to your counter staff. The view includes a timestamp, and redemption requires a code that only the counter staff knows. No paper cards to track, and nothing for the customer to carry around.
Customer cards are tracked with analytics, and you can send SMS filtered by stamp count or reward status (reach, for example, the customers who are just one stamp away from a reward). We recommend rewarding customers the moment they join your club so you quickly build a base of returning regulars.
