Pricing FAQ

What is the difference between Testa and Mini?

  • Testa (95 SEK/mo): the plan for anyone who wants proof of what PayAtt can do — our entry-level model with a low monthly cost where the display is included on loan from PayAtt. Up to 150 members.
  • Mini (495 SEK/mo): 500 members and 200 SMS/mo included — for venues with a bigger member base who want to reach more customers at a lower per-SMS cost.

Can I start directly on Standard without going via Testa?

Yes, you can choose Standard directly if you already know it is the right level. Testa is for those who want to see how PayAtt works in their business — as soon as you want to grow you can upgrade to Standard with no reset or data migration.

How long is the lock-in?

You can cancel any time on either plan. On the monthly plan it ends at the end of your current billing period. On the yearly plan you stay billed through the end of the 12-month period, but it does not auto-renew once cancelled.

What happens to the display when I cancel?

At cancellation you choose:

  • Option 1: Ship it back — you only pay the shipping cost.
  • Option 2: Buy it out and keep it. The price depends on your current package:
    • Testa & Mini: 1,995 SEK (8") or 2,495SEK (10")
    • Standard & Premium: 1,495 SEK (8") or 1,995SEK (10")

If you are on installment, you pay off the remaining balance. You can buy out the display early at any time from the invoice page in the portal — you then own it outright and the installment line drops off future invoices.

Are prices incl. or excl. VAT?

All prices are excl. VAT (B2B standard, 25% VAT added). The incl. VAT figure is shown beside the main price so you easily see both.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes — on Mini, Standard, and Premium. 30-day terms. Testa is card-only.

What if I hit the member limit?

We warn you ahead of time: an email at 80% of the member limit, and an email + SMS at 95%. What happens at the limit depends on your setting:

  • Automatic upgrade (default): we upgrade you directly to the next plan — no registrations are lost, you get a confirmation email.
  • Manual upgrade: new registrations pause until you upgrade yourself in the Web Portal. You get an email + SMS when this happens.

You pick automatic or manual upgrade under Settings → Billing & SMS in the Web Portal. No surprise charges — you set your own rules.

Can I change package later?

Yes, as often as you want.

Upgrades happen instantly— you get access to the higher plan’s features right away, and the cost is pro-rated against the remaining days in your current billing period.

Downgradesonly take effect when your current period ends — you keep all features and limits until then. On a 12-month commitment the downgrade kicks in when the full period is up. A downgrade also requires your member base to fit within the next tier’s limit.

How fast will I have the display?

We ship within 2 business days of your order. With transit time it usually reaches you 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on where in the country you are.

Can I use my own display instead of PayAtt’s?

Yes. Any touchscreen with a modern browser and a stable internet connection works — tablet, phone, or your existing POS screen. You configure it in the Web Portal in a couple of minutes. If you want a completely seamless experience we recommend PayAtt’s dedicated display, but it is not required.

Can I switch between card and invoice?

Yes, you can switch easily yourself in the Web Portal.

Can I buy more displays?

Yes, you can order as many displays as you want directly from the Web Portal.

Are all charges combined into one payment?

Yes, we combine everything into a single invoice or card charge per period — subscription, SMS overage, additional displays, add-on venues, and so on. One notice, one total.
