The challenge

Cecilia runs SARACECILIA — a store of carefully curated clothing and accessories, where every visit should feel personal. For her, loyalty is about more than rewards. The customer should feel seen, given room to explore the collection, and able to gradually build a relationship with the store. For that to work, the solution had to deliver on three things:

  • Visual coherence — the bonus card had to feel like a natural part of SARACECILIA, in both expression and tone.
  • Simple registration — it had to happen smoothly at the counter, so staff could keep their focus on the customer and the store.
  • Personal communication — sends about new collections and events had to feel exclusive and well-timed, not intrusive.
