Stamp cards

Digital stamp cards are at the heart of PayAtt — no app, no paper, no forgotten card in a wallet. Everything is saved against the customer’s mobile number and updates instantly at the counter.

Digital stamp cards

The customer enters their mobile number on the registration display. The stamp card is created instantly — bound to the mobile number, no app needed, the customer receives their card in an SMS with content you choose. Each purchase adds a stamp and the card updates in real time on the customer’s phone.

When a customer reaches a reward, they can redeem it themselves and show a confirmation view to your counter staff. The view includes a timestamp, and the redemption requires the customer to enter a code that only the counter staff knows. No paper cards to track, no card to forget.

You can see analytics on your customers’ cards, send SMS campaigns filtered by stamp count or reward status, and use stamps as compensation. We recommend offering a small gift to get customers to join your club and pick up their card — they see the value quickly and you build a base of returning regulars in a short time.

Reward types

The reward can be almost anything — you describe it, the customer sees it on their card, and on the next visit they redeem it themselves by entering a code your counter staff provides and then showing the confirmation view. Common ones are a discount, a free product, or an upgrade, but many merchants experiment with experiences, exclusive products, or early releases.

You decide how often your regulars hear from you. Want to celebrate every stamp with a quick nudge in their phone — "thanks for the visit, one more stamp!" Or only reach out when they register for the first time and when the reward is ready to claim? Both work, and different stamp cards can run at different paces.

The welcome SMS on first registration and the reward SMS when the card is full are always on — that is where the biggest impact sits. SMS on every stamp is optional and toggles per stamp card. You write the text yourself so the customer always meets the same tone.

Filtering is where the real power sits. You upload your logo and pick a name — then your customers get a button with instructions for how to install your app onto their home screen. When they tap the icon, your branded page opens like a full-screen app, with no PayAtt logos, address bar or browser menus. The customer experiences it as your own app, but you neither built one nor paid for one.

If you run several venues, each gets its own icon — a customer with stamp cards at three PayAtt-connected venues can have three separate "apps" on their home screen, or just one, you decide. For you that means you show up where the customer already looks every day, between Spotify and Instagram. Not forgotten in a stack of receipts in their wallet.

Premium

Premium comes with two venues out of the box — running more, you add them as add-on subscriptions. Each venue has its own registration display, and you choose whether each stamp card or campaign belongs to a single venue or spans several. Everything is visible together in the same Web Portal — switch between venues with a click.

Add-on venues get a 20% discount on the subscription fee. SMS overage is billed at the lowest rate among your active subscriptions — you always pay the best price.

Already have a customer list in another system? With Premium, you can bulk-import existing phone numbers straight into PayAtt — so you don’t have to wait for customers to re-register via the display. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support. Your customers can add their stamp card or gift card straight into their phone’s native wallet — the same place they already keep tickets, payment cards, and boarding passes. As easy to find as a flight ticket, no app to install.

Rewards can be redeemed from the wallet card and from the branded mobile page — the customer picks whichever surface fits the moment. The wallet card auto-syncs with the mobile page so the stamp count is always up to date wherever they look.

Punch card

Prepaid punch cards in digital form — e.g. "10 lunches", "5 haircuts", "8 yoga sessions". The customer buys the whole card upfront, then one use is punched off per visit. The difference vs a stamp card: here the customer pays upfront and gets a fixed number of uses, rather than collecting stamps toward a future reward.
