Stamp cards

Digital stamp cards are at the heart of PayAtt — no app needed, and you avoid the problem of forgotten cards. These days most things live in the phone and wallets are used less and less. With PayAtt you get a modern, digital tool that meets both your customers’ and your business’s needs.

Digital stamp cards

The customer enters their mobile number on the registration display and the stamp card is created instantly — the card is bound to the number. The customer receives the card via a link in an SMS, and each purchase adds a stamp that updates in real time on the customer’s phone.

When a reward is reached, the customer redeems it themselves and shows a confirmation view to your counter staff. The view includes a timestamp, and redemption requires a code that only the counter staff knows. No paper cards to track, and nothing for the customer to carry around.

Customer cards are tracked with analytics, and you can send SMS filtered by stamp count or reward status (reach, for example, the customers who are just one stamp away from a reward). We recommend rewarding customers the moment they join your club so you quickly build a base of returning regulars.

Design the stamp card without being a graphic designer. The AI Wizard takes your logo and brand colors and suggests a complete design in seconds — you tweak the text and pick the number of stamps and rewards in a few simple steps.

Want to fine-tune it yourself? If you go the manual route, you get full control over background, icons, typography, and reward text. Both paths produce the same card format, so it works equally well in the customer’s phone regardless of which you choose.

Reward types

You choose the reward — you describe it, the customer sees it on their card, and on the next visit they redeem it with a code your counter staff provides, followed by a confirmation view — much like a Swish payment. Which reward works best often depends on your industry, and you get recommendations tailored to your business.

You set the SMS cadence

All plans

You decide how often your regulars hear from you. Do you want the customer to get an SMS after every stamp, or only on first registration and when a reward is reached? You choose what fits your customers.

The welcome SMS on first registration and the reward SMS when the card is full are always active — that is where the biggest impact sits. SMS on every stamp is optional and turns on if you want it. You write the text yourself, so the customer always meets the same tone from you.

Digital gift cards are delivered by SMS — the recipient opens the link and has the card in their phone instantly.

Choose between two modes: a monetary gift card (a balance the customer spends over time, with partial redemptions) or an experience gift card with 1–20 fixed uses, for example "two lunches". You create the gift card once, and new cards can then be issued directly from the Service Portal at the counter.

Choose from over 100 ready-made design templates, or let a template be auto-branded in your venue’s colors. The recipient gets an SMS with a link and you’re rid of the paperwork. Staff redeems the card via the Service Portal, and all outstanding balance is visible in the Web Portal for accounting.

IntelliSMS — AI sends + smart filters

IntelliSMS is an AI-driven engine that gives you SMS suggestions based on previous sends, your venue profile, holidays and your stamp cards. The more information you give it, the better the suggestions get. There’s no limit on how many suggestions you can ask for — write, for example, "Give me 10 SMS drafts that fit my venue ahead of upcoming holidays" and refine the answers step by step until you’re happy. Then confirm your send with a single tap.

The real strength lies in the filtering. Instead of sending to all your members, you pick an audience by visit history (last week, month or half-year), stamp-card state (one stamp left, reward ready to claim) or status (no stamp card yet, hasn’t visited in 30 days) — and you can combine the filters freely. Which filters are available depends on the plan: more unlock the bigger your plan, but even on Testa you’ll find the most popular ones.

Standard+

You upload your logo and pick a name — then your customers get a button with instructions for how to add your app to their home screen. When they tap the icon, your page opens like a full-screen app, with no PayAtt logos, address bar or browser menus at all. The customer experiences it as your own app.

If you run several venues, each place gets its own icon — a customer with stamp cards at three PayAtt-connected shops can have three separate "apps" on their home screen, or just one, you decide. For you that means you show up where the customer already is every day, between Spotify and Instagram on their phone — not forgotten among receipts in their wallet.

Premium

Premium comes with two venues out of the box, and if you run more you easily add them as add-on subscriptions. Each venue gets its own registration display, and you choose whether a stamp card or campaign belongs to a single venue or several. Everything is gathered in the same Web Portal, where you switch between your venues with a click.

Add-on venues get a 20% discount on the subscription fee, and SMS overage is always billed at the Premium rate — for every venue, regardless of license.

Import existing phone numbers

Premium

Already have a customer list in another system? With Premium you bulk-import existing phone numbers straight into PayAtt, so you don’t have to wait for customers to re-register via the display. Perfect when switching from an older loyalty system or when you’ve collected numbers at the counter over time. Imports are handled in accordance with GDPR.

With Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support, your customers can add their stamp card or gift card straight into their phone’s native wallet — the same place they already keep tickets, payment cards or boarding passes. As easy to find as a flight ticket, and no app to install.

Rewards can be redeemed both from the wallet card and from the mobile page, so the customer picks whatever fits the moment. The two sync automatically, so the stamp count is always up to date.

Loyalty card

A pure membership card — no stamps to collect and no reward to unlock. Think VIP card or regulars-club membership that signals belonging, rather than "buy X and get Y". Suits venues that want to identify their most loyal customers and target special offers directly at them, without bringing in the stamp mechanic.

Punch card

Prepaid punch cards in digital form — for example "10 lunches", "5 haircuts" or "8 yoga sessions". The customer pays for the whole card upfront, and one stamp is removed with each use. The difference from a stamp card is that the customer pays upfront and gets a fixed number of uses, rather than collecting stamps toward a future reward.

SMS Autopilot

Scheduled and trigger-based SMS campaigns that send fully automatically — welcome messages to new regulars, a reminder for customers who haven’t visited in 30 days, a "one stamp left" nudge or a bonus. You set up the rule once, then Autopilot tracks who qualifies and sends at the right moment. Built on the same segmentation logic as IntelliSMS, but without you having to click "send" every time.
